Sailing in the Rio Dulce of Guatemala is
a wonderful way to really learn the art of sailing. Later,
one can graduate to the waters of the Caribbean among the
Belize Cayes.

The boat Sirenas was built in Victoria, Canada
in 1978 with the classic Polynesian design by James Wharram.
She is 46 feet long and 20 feet wide and has 4 double and
2 single cabins. For your multi-day excursion she will give
you everything you need for fun and adventure on the open
seas. We work with Aventuras Vacacionales S.A for these tours.
The boat Poc is a 28’ Herreshoff Ketch
which can really show you the beauties of sailing around the
Rio Dulce area. It too can be for multi-day excursions for
smaller groups. Hacienda Tijax is our base of operations with
this sail vessel.
